. i had noooo idea what was in store for me on this trip— (these rhinos and the real live ones we encountered a week later were highlights amongst many others). — ever since this day, my smiles have been radiating from the inside out. . . i am forever grateful for the invite @allison_fraiberg, for the travel buddies / family i’ve gained, for the generous welcome home from new friends @kirfara , for the still, peaceful sunrises only mother africa could bear... for the infectious joy the children poured out (didn’t matter if we were just passing by bus or walking on the street— their smiles took me over!)...for the 90’s rnb that was being played everywhere (i melted and bodyrolled every time lol). . . for breaking and stealing and *binding* my heart to you with your stories of resilience, struggle, and of hope. south africa — i will never get over this adventure. truly humbled and grateful for it
